Rachel had been successfully involved in driver recruitment for over 17 years when she decided to take her immense experience and set up her own recruitment agency. Since 2008, Topgear has grown from strength to strength and expanded its portfolio into commercial, industrial and civil sectors.

Since 2008, Topgear Recruitment has grown from strength to strength and expanded its portfolio into commercial, industrial and civil sectors before finally owning her own haulage and warehouse business in 2021 WOW Logistics.
